Our Process

How It Works

1

Request an Estimate

Use the form above, call, or text. Photos help but aren't required.

2

Todd Comes to You

I'll schedule a visit at your home anywhere in Genesee, Shiawassee, or Saginaw counties, plus Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Saginaw. A $80 inspection fee covers the assessment and applies toward the repair if completed the same day.

3

Assessment & On-the-Spot Quote

I'll inspect the piece and give you a clear quote. If no parts are needed, I complete the repair the same visit.

4

Parts Ordered if Needed

If parts are required, I'll source them and schedule a follow-up visit to install.

5

Repair Completed

No hauling, no dropoff. Most repairs are finished the same day.

What My Clients Say

"Have a 1972 Lazyboy recliner with hard to find parts. It took several weeks to track down something that would work and a little bit of MacGyvering to get them installed/working since Lazyboy doesn't have those parts available. Todd made it happen! I will definitely call him again with future furniture repair work."
